Briana Merica

Looking back on the past year, a lot of things have happened.  I work at the Beauty School that B attended, and am still currently here.  Briana was a true pillar of strength for not only the students, but to anyone around her.  Her gentle heart, sense of humor and contagious personality is missed.  The camo bandana that she always wore to school, and got in trouble every day because it was out of dress code still makes me laugh.  We have all be blessed by knowing a beautiful, amazing, strong woman that touched all of our lives.  I know that she challenged me and pushed me to not only be a better person professionally, but a stronger woman personally.  We lost part of our heart a year ago today, and it still hurts as much today as it did the moment I got the call. I miss you B...more than you know.

Our condolences to all who knew and loved Briana as we did.  We miss her so much.  She will never be gone because she will be alive in all of our memories.  Our memories won't die.

We knew this very sweet lovely young lady since she was 14 years old. We live in the same neighborhood. She went to school with my son Eddie. She and I were becoming good facebook friends and I enjoyed her happy comments about playing and enjoying her son. I could tell she really was a great mother. My heart and thoughts are with her friends and family.

I would just like to say I am sorry to everyone who knew Briana and is dealing with her death.  She was a beautiful person and I was lucky to have her in my life...even if it was for a moment.  She was always accepting, loving, and full of life every time I was ever around her.  I know this hurts now, but time will heal your pain.  This life is short and we will all be seeing her again soon. 

My heartfelt condolences to everyone that knew Briana and loved her for who she was. Briana was one of the most real people I have every met, she will be missed greatly by everyone who was blessed to cross paths with her.
